About Bandwidth

As a Software Development Intern, you’ll work on the Emergency Services (ES) team, which leads 911 connectivity innovation, saving lives through fast, reliable emergency services.
What You’ll Do
- Write clean, readable, and reliable code with minimal complexity.
- Collaborate in an agile development team to design, implement, and test solutions.
- Refactor and build scalable software.
- Contribute ideas to improve the team’s craft and processes.
What You Need
| Requirements |
|---|
| Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. |
| Experience with Java and Java Frameworks. |
| Familiarity with relational/non-relational databases and test automation. |
| Passion for software craftsmanship and engineering scalable solutions. |
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms, especially for scalable cloud applications.
- Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes.
