Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst – Claims Role at Pie Insurance

Design and Documentation:

  • Create and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle (Design, Test, etc.), including process mapping and validation.
  • Develop user stories representing the “voice of the customer,” with clear problem statements and operational value.
  • Document systems thoroughly, including user manuals, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

Testing and Execution:

  • Develop test scenarios, scripts, and test data to validate system design and performance within the financial technology ecosystem.
