- Assist in daily project design and sample cutting needs to service customers.
- Learn and utilize Esko CAD and TOPS software for daily design tasks.
- Operate the Kongsberg cutting table and support layout processes to cut samples.
- Attend meetings with customers and the design team to provide solutions to project issues.
- Participate in New Items Meetings to stay updated on current business status.
- Monitor production processes and recommend design or equipment improvements for efficiency.
- Experience designs going from concept to production when ordered by customers.
- Gain knowledge in both structural design and packaging requirements.
- Take a tour of tooling supplier locations to understand production tooling requirements.
