Role Responsibilities
- Automation Projects:
- Design and develop automation projects for the Heavy Manufacturing industry.
- Support IoT, Digitalization, and Digital Transformation projects.
- Control Panel Design & System Integration:
- Design Electrical Panels (LT) and integrate industrial systems.
- Program PLC, develop applications for automation projects.
- Commissioning & Training:
- Oversee the commissioning of projects.
- Provide training and prepare operation and maintenance manuals.
Mandatory Skills
- Industrial Processes & Controls:
- Knowledge of industrial processes and control mechanisms.
- Expertise in EPD (Electrical Panel Design) and industrial wiring.
- PLC Programming & Control Systems:
- Experience in PLC programming with skills in data handling, signal processing, interrupts, PID instructions, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with AC drives and servo drives.
- Sensor & Actuator Knowledge:
- Familiarity with sensors (Positional, Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Level).
