Job Summary for Treasury Operations Analyst I:
As a Treasury Operations Analyst I, you will support the Treasury Operations department by managing cash flow and balancing accounts for Equipment Finance. You will work closely with external clients and internal departments to process payments and optimize contract transfers. The role offers a dynamic and hands-on experience in Treasury Operations, providing valuable exposure to structured finance and the opportunity to cross-train in other Treasury functions.
Responsibilities for Treasury Operations Analyst I:
- Process wire, check, and credit card payments.
- Handle split payments and balance internal bank accounts.
- Initiate ACH debit payments and returns.
- Ensure transactions flow through Mambu, Kyriba, Sage, and Anaplan systems.
- Assist with optimizing contract transfers to funding facilities.
- Balance syndicates and initiate ACH debits based on funding.
- Upload funding entry, transfers, RTR, and intercompany reports to Mambu or internal systems.
- Communicate with banks and internal departments to process requests.
- Other Treasury-related tasks as required.
